Professional Experience

Aug. 2016 – present, Department Chair: Studio Arts, Associate Professor of Art at Beacon College, Leesburg FL.


Aug 2011 - Aug 2016 Assistant Professor of Art at Beacon College, Leesburg, FL.


Facilitated the design and implementation of the Studio Art Major at Beacon College.


Designed and implemented 23 new classes within the new Studio Art Major


Served on both the Health and Wellness and Curriculum Committees.


Aug. 2009 – May 2011, Adjunct Professor at Valdosta State University, Art Department.


Feb. 2010 – 2011, Part time Instructor at Pyramid Studios. Duties include teaching art classes to adults with development disorders.


2005 – 2009 Adjunct Professor and Studio Technician at the University of Central Oklahoma. 


Helped to establish an organized and cohesive sculpture program that progressed from 3-D Design into Sculpture, Ceramics and Metal-smithing.


In charge of the upkeep and improvement of all equipment and studios, including sculpture, photography, digital printmaking, painting, drawing, ceramics and metal-smithing.


Aug, 2005 – July 2009 Adjunct Professor of Sculpture, University of Central Oklahoma, Edmond Oklahoma.


Served on the Exhibition Committee and director of the student gallery.
